Are you an experienced Housekeeping professional looking for a new management position at a company which offers something a little different to the rest?
Join our busy cleaning team at Kingswood as our House Keeping Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a positive and comfortable experience during their stays.
About the role:
To support the efficient operation of the busy department, you will lead, manage, motivate and supervise a team of housekeeping assistants. You will make sure that all tasks are handled with the utmost care and in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
You will be responsible for creating and issuing rotas and offering your team on-hand support when needed.
About you:
- Ideally you will hold previous management experience within a housekeeping capacity
- You will be approachable and able to communicate effectively whilst building relationships with your team, colleagues and guests
- Sound experience and knowledge of cleaning methods
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Familiar with Health and Safety regulations, COSHH and in line with (BICS)
