Housekeeping Manager - London

Third Space hosts seven of London's luxury health clubs across inspiring central London locations. We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Manager who will oversee the Cleaning team. Duties include, but not limited to:

• Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing rooms, restaurants and more.
• Leading and managing the Housekeeping team and ensure the team is positively engaged
• Interacting with Customers daily and providing exceptional customer service.
• Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked
• Responding to special housekeeping needs as requested.
• Escalate any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc.
• Work together as part of a larger team across all departments.
• Ad-hoc duties as requested

Ideal Candidate and Personal Qualities:

• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Experience within a similar role - desirable
• Attention to detail, takes pride in their role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Flexible, hardworking and committed
