We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Manager who will oversee the Cleaning team. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing rooms, restaurants and more.
- Leading and managing the Housekeeping team and ensure the team is positively engaged
- Interacting with Customers daily and providing exceptional customer service.
- Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked
- Responding to special housekeeping needs as requested.
- Escalate any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc.
- Work together as part of a larger team across all departments.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Ideal Candidate and Personal Qualities:
- Experience in managing and leading a team
- Experience within a similar role - desirable
- Attention to detail, takes pride in their role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Flexible, hardworking and committed
