Avaliable Job Today We are looking for housekeeping attendants to deliver a high quality housekeeping service within the hotel to assist the well-being and comfort of our guests. We are always on the lookout for people with transferable skills and life experience, so you don’t need any experience as our friendly team at the hotel will teach you everything you need to be successful in this role. You just need to be a good communicator as you will be interacting with our guests and colleagues.
This role offers plenty of variety and every day will be different but some duties will include:
- Delivering and maintaining a clean and tidy environment throughout the hotel, in line with operational standards and ensuring that work processes comply with statutory regulations.
- Ensure that operational standards are delivered in all areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team.
- Identifying and reporting damages, faults and other related issues to the maintenance department to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet our high quality standards and statutory regulations.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and identity of guests residing at the hotel
Required skills
Self-motivated with an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. General cleaning and experience in physical, practical tasks. Attention to detail and commitment to customer care are essential.
Shifts available to suit individual needs on a full-time or part-time permanent basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £22,500.00 per year
