Housekeeper – Flexible Hours
Castle Ashby, Northamptonshire
£10.42 per hour + tronc share (details below)
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9.30am-3pm
15hours per week
What we need
We are looking for a Housekeeper to work flexible hours as part of the housekeeping team ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our guests in the public areas and bedrooms. Your hours will vary seasonally but we envisage them being 15 hours per week as a minimum up to a maximum of 40 hours per week in the peak months.
Your responsibilities will include:
- To ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and presented to the highest standard
- To ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy
- To undertake deep cleans as and when required
- Maintain stocks levels of cleaning products and room consumables
- Report any maintenance issues to the relevant team

Set at the heart of the 10,500-acre Castle Ashby Estate in Northampton, The Falcon has recently been re-imagined by Lord and Lady Northampton and is country retreat with 29 bedrooms, a destination restaurant and Wellness Centre for those in need of rest and renewal.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role
- Experience of managing COSHH
- Due to our beautiful rural location, your own transport would be useful
