Housekeeper / Domestic Assistant – 22.5 hours | Spire South Bank, Worcester | permanent | Part Time | £20,397 per annum FTE + Extensive Benefits
Spire South Bank are expanding the scope of services we offer our patients and as such we’re looking for a Housekeeper / Domestic Assistant to join our friendly team. This role will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to all patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff and visitors.
This position is a part-time, permanent position working 22.5 hours, completing 4 shifts Monday – Sunday (3x 5.5 hours and 1x 6 hour shift) on a rota shared equally amongst the team. Shifts generally start at 15.00. Please note flexibility will be required to support with annual leave across the team.

Spire South Bank Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital. Duties and responsibilities:
- Responding to any ad-hoc requests from patients to ensure their comfortable stay
- Assisting the housekeeping teams with day-to-day duties
- Making sure patients feel they are receiving a first class service at all times
Who we're looking for:
- A customer service-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential
