Job description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a housekeeper to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf. We have a really exciting year ahead at The Belfry, starting with hosting The British Masters in June 2023, and continuing with the launch of new training and development opportunities and incentives.
Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £10.93 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £10.50 plus a qualified estimate of £0.43 gratuities per hour
About the role
As a Supreme Housekeeper you will be required to service guest bedrooms to a high standard
You will also be responsible for:
- To ensure the highest level of cleaning standards are achieved
- To carry out any additional deep clean or daily cleaning
- To liaise closely with the Housekeeping Manager & Supervisor on a daily basis
- To have pride and commitment in your area of work
About you
Experience in housekeeping is preferred and the ideal candidate will be hard working, a team player, positive, enthusiastic and organised.
In addition to this you will:
- Have a flexible approach to work and shift patterns,
- be standards driven and be able to deliver, and
- have an exemplary attention to detail.
- Be able to deal with guest enquiries in a friendly manner as you will be the face of the housekeeping team around the resort.
