OC3 Hospitality Inc. is hiring! We are seeking a like-minded, customer-focused individual to join our expanding company!
OC3 embodies hospitality in the Bow Valley. We are seeking a teammate who will focus primarily on vacation rental cleaning between guests, ensuring a high-quality cleaning standard for both our clients and their guests. This is a casual, part-time position with approximately 15-20 hours per week. A typical shift would be between 3-5 hours between the hours of 10:30AM-4PM only. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the cleanliness of condo suites while adhering to cleanliness standards/checklists
- Making beds, changing sheets and towels
- Cleaning washrooms including toilets, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, floors, bathroom fixtures and others as assigned
- Vacuuming floors, upholstered furniture; mopping floors
- Dusting of furniture, blinds and fixtures
- Restocking guest room supplies
- Removal and sorting of linens, garbage and recycling
- Laundering linens
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work well independently with little supervision
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective verbal and written English skills
- Must be able to make decisions independently and show problem solving ability
- Housekeeping is very physically demanding. Candidate must be comfortable with constant walking, repetitive bending, pulling, carrying (up to 40lbs.), and walking up and down stairs
- Available to work between 10:30AM-4PM; available Sundays & holidays. Shift start and end times may may vary depending on time of year and guest schedules
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must have a smartphone with capability of sending and receiving text and picture messages
- Criminal Record Check will be required
- No previous experience in housekeeping required, but would be considered an asset
Additional Details:
- Starting wage $20.00/hour
- On-the-job training provided while becoming acquainted with the new suites and their unique setups
- All necessary supplies required to complete cleaning duties are provided
