Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 07:00am – 3:00pm / 3:00pm – 11:00pm / 11:00pm – 07:00am

Key Responsibilities:
- Working with domestics and domestic supervisors you will ensure that all cleaning standards meet the requirements for the unit.
- Maintain a daily environment and ensure that the unit is always safe and tidy.
- Stock replenishment and ordering of provisions.
- Ensure all daily menus are completed by the patients within the agreed time frames.
- Work with the hostess to deliver and distribute meals per standards and meal sheets.
- Ensuring food safety is met within the unit by monitoring temperatures and following food safety standards.
- Promote a safe work environment for all staff and patients.
- Assist with health and safety audits and work with the fire officer to ensure the unit complies to safety standards.
Skills/experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, or domestic services desirable
- Good IT skills
- Good communicator who can follow instructions.
- This role is very physical.
- Previous administration or office experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good understanding of Microsoft office
- Computer literate
