This 4 star property, renovated in May 2017, features spacious and contemporary guestrooms including the Ladies' preferred Orchid Floor, with special amenities that provide more comfort and convenience for female travelers.

Position Title: Room Attendant
Department: Housekeeping
Hours of Work: Day Time
The key responsibilities of the House Attendant include but are not limited to:
- Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies.
- Sign in and out master keys daily
- Must meet performance standards on room inspection checklist; offers all assistance possible to guests.
- Maintains and reports defective equipment; maintains and keeps linen closet and cart well-supplied.
- Checks for and turns in all Lost and Found items;
- Reports damage or losses to maintenance or housekeeping.
- Update and record all cleaned rooms
- Removes Room Service trays from hallways.
Qualifications:
- Previous Housekeeping experience an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following: Constant standing and walking throughout shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
