Job description
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire, set to open her doors in spring. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired Bath House, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that all guest areas, bedrooms and behind the scenes facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, continually surpassing guest’s expectations. You will have an excellent eye for details, and a genuine passion for hosting. You should be confident in communicating with colleagues as well as our guests and members, and you thrive on providing an exceptional guest experience.
Who we are looking for
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
