This exciting opportunity to join the College’s Household Department is now available. The suitable candidate for this role will need to have the ability to lead and motivate a large team of nearly 50 staff across multiple sites on a day-to-day basis including both staff, fellow and communal areas within the college. The candidate will also need to have good attention to detail and an ability to communicate in a variety of ways along with strong organisational skills. ‘Emma’ is set in extensive, beautiful (yet peaceful) grounds, in central Cambridge. It has a reputation as an inclusive, vibrant, and friendly community. It is home to around 700 students (under and postgraduate), 90 Fellows and 170 college staff and managed, overall, by the Master, Bursar and Senior Tutor.
