This is a wide and varied role but as an overview you will:

* Be working in partnership with the Nursery team to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the Nursery.

* Adhering to Nursery policies and procedures, particularly health and safety, safeguarding and COSHH.

* To communicate with the Nursery Manager where any property or maintenance issues arise.

* Ensuring the Nursery Manager is aware of replacement or repair needs of materials and equipment.

* To check stock of cleaning materials, and equipment so that shortages do not prevent cleaning duties.

* Maintain a clean and hygienic learning environment

* Ensure the nursery remains safe and tidy

This role is suitable for cleaners and housekeepers

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £10.70 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bathgate, EH47 0DH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Housekeeper: 1 year (preferred)

Work authorisation:

• United Kingdom (required)
