JOB TITLE: Night Cleaning Supervisor

LOCATION: City of London, London EC2N 4AA

REPORTING TO: ABM Site Cleaning Manager

SHIFT PATTERN: Sunday night through till Thursday night

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.50 PER HOUR

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervising and working with a evening part time and a full-time flow clean team. You must be proactive and be able to problem solve, with good attention to detail and reliable.

• Various Cleaning duties
• Machine operation
• Supervising a team of cleaners
• Manage the allocation of holidays.
• Monitoring and controlling periodic tasks to ensure completion to a high standard.
• Completing paperwork/audits and managing yours and the teams T&A system.
• Communicating with Line Manager
• Check periodical or specialist works once completed.
• Training of staff
• Conducting Team briefings
• Accountable for your team
• Health & Safety
• Complete staff wages
• Liaising with the Line Manager regarding after Event clean ups.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Outstanding Communication skills both internal and external.
