We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Housekeeping Department as House Porter.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The successful candidate will be committed to working closely with the Housekeepers and Room Attendants to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping Department.
Ensuring that the housekeeping services areas are stocked with guest amenities
- Responding to guest requests in a timely manner

Keeping the public areas well presented for our guests
- Assist with moving furniture
- Working closely with the entire Housekeeping team to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is essential (including the ability to manage a team)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
