We are now looking to recruit Management Trainee Housekeepers to Join us in Various locations in Uk.
This Vacancy is for Inverness Region.
You will be working with our existing team and learning from the best from day one.
You will be responsible for the management of a busy housekeeping department.

Main Duties and responsibilities:
To undertake cleaning tasks to an excellent standard and as instructed by Housekeeping
Supervisor.
To inform your supervisor of all matters of importance and any matters likely to affect duties
Assisting the housekeeping team, including supervisors to meet their daily targets.
Complying with all company health and safety, policies and recording any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries.
To follow cleaning protocol, and use cleaning materials economically and correctly, informing the
Housekeeping Supervisor when stocks are low.
To carry out regular checks to cleaning equipment and report any faults to the Housekeeping
Supervisor or the Maintenance Team.
Carry out general cleaning as and when necessary to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, and emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers.
Ensuring that all kitchen and back of house areas are kept clean and all equipment within the kitchen area is cleaned in accordance with the cleaning schedule
Ensure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to
To undertake non-routine cleaning tasks as instructed. All Housekeepers are required to contribute to major cleaning tasks including front and back of the house.
To undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required.
Ability to read and follow signs and written instruction.
Replenishing & restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries.
Daily inventory of used and new linen
You will have:
- A welcoming, friendly and outgoing manner and have the ability to develop and motivate your team
- Worked within a similar role in the hospitality industry or a similar customer service sector.
- Excellent people management skills and will have an understanding of rotas and schedules
- A high level of attention to detail and demonstrate high levels of quality.
- A hands on approach needed - to support the front line team and clean rooms.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends depending on business needs.
- Self-starter qualities, be ambitious, passionate with excellent leadership qualities
