What we look for
We are currently recruiting for a Full time Hotel & Spa Receptionist to join our vibrant and highly successful Front of House Team. Understanding what it means to deliver exceptional customer service and can exceed guest’s expectations is imperative in this role. You should be confident and have the aim to please. Be able to work under pressure in a positive way, good presentation and have clear communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a Spa or hotel reception environment is preferred. The ability to multi task in a busy environment with a clear head is essential. The role includes early and late shifts and weekends.
Main Duties:
Working side by side with the hotel and spa reception, welcoming guests, checking in and checking out. Going through itineries, taking payments ensuring all measures in place are fully adheared to.
· Dealing with Spa package bookings and treatment bookings daily
· Full understanding of treatment content and understanding how to maximise space whilst meeting the guests needs
· Completing daily admin tasks and checks
· Allocating therapy rooms and managing changes during the day - dealing with complaints and queries in a professional way.
· Ensuring the spa is always tidy and taking on cleaning duties to support where needed
· Serve refreshments in the café and sun room bar where needed
