Job description
Room Attendant duties include:
- Implement & respect chain's SOP
- Implement corrective action after guest review, mystery visit and complaint letter
- Organise linen & welcome product stores
- Refill housekeeping trolley
- Participate in the opening and closing of the department
- Ensure guest safety
- Ensure correct use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- Participate in deep cleaning - Execute the deep cleaning plan. Clean in-door / out-door public areas
- Prepare room for guests’ arrival
- Clean the room
- Control room defects
- Deal with guest requests
- Log and report all lost property found in rooms after guest departs
Knowledge and skills required:
- Basic knowledge of hospitality
- One-year experience in hospitality (preferred)
