The Grand Hotel Tynemouth is hiring - Restaurant Manager.
We are looking for people who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy interacting with customers! To constantly exceed guests expectations delivering the highest standards with an informed, friendly and effective approach. Someone who can really take ownership of the role to drive the business forward.

- To operate the switchboard and emails to assist with guest queries.
- To ensure all guests receive a high level of service from check-in through to check-out.
- To ensure any feedback is communicated to the General Manager.
- Daily administration work with particular reference to Guest special requests, food allergies and special occasions.
- To prepare statistical information for other departments as instructed by the General Manager/Front of House Manager.
- To ensure that postings are made on the correct day and that every transaction is charged before check-out.
- To take part in the training sessions offered and departmental coaching.
Training is provided on site, with busy hotel function rooms, a local bar & lounge not to mention our newly refurbished sun terrace there is always something new to learn and keep you busy.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
