The Role of a Hotel Receptionist

Our receptionists are attentive, welcoming and are often the first person a guest meets when they visit our luxury hotel.

The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for guest check-in and check-out and respond to a variety of queries both face to face and on the telephone in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Our guests will be your priority, you will be approachable, an excellent communicator, and strong organisation skills. You will have fun with our guests and enjoy being part of the front office team. Successful candidates will benefit from previous hotel experience using Opera.
