Hotel Receptionist - £22,000 per year
Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa is a magnificent Tudor building in the heart of Suffolk, steeped in history and set amongst 35 acres of private Suffolk countryside. The hotel boasts 42 rooms, a 2 AA rosette restaurant, leisure and spa facilities. We are now recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to join our Front of House team, to make sure every client and customer has a memorable experience that rocks!
You need to be passionate about customer service and always willing to go the extra mile.
Role responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests
- Meeting and greeting all guests
- Respond to guest requests and information about the hotel and its surroundings
- Ensure all queries and sales enquiries about the hotel are dealt with swiftly to ensure revenue is maximised for the venue
- General FOH / reception duties
The ideal candidates will possess:
- Great telesales skills and highly computer literate
- Front office experience
- Experience using Rezlynx
- Passionate about delivering a 5* experience
- Work well with all departments to ensure the highest guest experience is always delivered
- High level of customer service skills

This position will work on a shift pattern. Reception is open from 7am to 11pm – with the rota set in advance. Our culture and values welcome people with exceptionally high standards.
