Role: Receptionist

Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Hours: 0-40 hours (Full-Time), including weekends & bank holidays.

Relationships: General Manager, Spa Team, Reception Team

With two onsite dining locations, guests can choose from The Dining Room with dishes inspired by the rugged North Sea and Durham countryside or The Ozone restaurant nestled in the vibrant Serenity Spa drawing on Pan-Asian influences.

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to join our vibrant team in providing quality customer service and support for our guests staying at the hotel to start 13th March 2023.


The ideal candidate

  • Previous Reception experience is essential – minimum of x1 years
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
  • Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems and Micros EPOS system
  • Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
  • Be a team player as well as an individual worker
  • To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
  • Must have transport
