Grand Circle Corporation or Overseas Adventure Travel is in business to change the lives of our travellers, employees and communities in which we work and travel.
As the largest US direct marketer of international travel, adventure and discovery for North Americans aged 50-plus, we have successful program in the UK. To support this program we are looking for a Country Manager to be based in the region to ensure we hire and optimize the very best staff to look after our passengers.
Oporations Coordinator
Working from Glasgow office and will be responsible for:
- Managing our hotel confirmation operations to achieve time goals and accuracy for products.
- Ability to drive performance at fast pace environment and work under pressure
- Flexibility to support team with additional operational tasks
The selected candidate should possess:
- Proven and effective operational/reservation
- Excellent interpersonal / communication and problem solving skills
- Proven vendor relations and negotiation skill is a plus
- Fluency in written & spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel
