We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and can work well within our existing Reception team to ensure the smooth running of the reception and provide our customers with the best experience possible. Full training will be given.
You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills and be passionate and knowledgeable about all our hotel facilities and outlets.
Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised welcome to the Hotel
- To ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned.
- To maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- To always adhere to our Front of House customer care policy.
- To ensure that the correct operation of the main switchboard
- To ensure that all reservations for accommodation and restaurants are dealt with in a professional manner.
- Preparing guest accounts accurately prior to departure.
Our expectations of you:
- Smart personal presentation and polite and friendly manner
- Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care
- Previous experience as an Hotel Receptionist desirable but not essential

What to expect?
