Hotel Colessio is a charming boutique hotel in Stirling with 39 bedrooms, dining, wedding and conference facilities.
We are looking for an experienced hotel receptionist to join our friendly team.
As part of our team your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing a warm welcome to our guests and assist them with registration and checking out.
- Taking reservations via Guestline
- Hosting the lobby
- Using and updating Online Travel Agent Websites
- Managing daily reports and financial reporting
- Aiding and assisting guests during their stay, providing them with information on our facilities and working with other departments to make sure their requirements are met.
We are looking for someone who has previous hotel reception experience, with a bubbly, confident and professional nature.
The hours of work will vary, depending on the needs of the business, shifts will need to be covered including evenings and weekends.
Salary: £8.91-£9.50 per hour
