Job description
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to work in a luxury 4* Hotel near Hyde Park.
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will work an average of 40 hours per week and get paid weekly. The hourly rate is up to £12 per hour.
The perfect Hotel Receptionist for this job is well presented with an outstanding telephone manner, excellent interpersonal skills, good at admin and has experience using Opera booking system.
This position offers a degree of flexibility, however, we require someone who can comfortably work weekends and holiday periods as well as this shift pattern:
- 6:45 am - 3:15 pm
- 12:00 pm - 8 pm
- 2:45 - 11:15 pm
Some of the Hotel Receptionist duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and checking in guests when they arrive.
- Taking bookings and payments in person and on the phone.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
The successful Hotel Receptionist will receive:
