Job description
Our hotel is looking for a warm and friendly individual to join our team of Receptionists who are responsible for greeting clients, checking in/out guests, answering phones, handling all incoming calls and supporting the daily functions of the hotel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as extensive experience in a customer service-related field.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Answer questions and provide information to customers.
- Answer the phone.
- Provide directions to customers and inform them of local facilities.
- Issue keys to guests and maintain security at the hotel.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.95 per hour
