The Elizabeth House Hotel are looking for a driven, hard-working, able individual to join the great team we have existing already. As part of our expansion we are looking for motivated Front of House employees to deliver great customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers.
A role as a Receptionist is the most important time for engagement with customers.
Responsibilities Include:
-Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
-Be competent with administration.
-Represent the hotel and create positive ever-lasting memories for guests.
-Inform guests about hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other hotel facilities
-Maximise room occupancy
-Going above and beyond for customers and the team.
-Recommend and up-sell food and drink offerings.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures and licencing laws.
-Be involved and contribute to team meetings.
-Communicate effectively with the rest of the team.
-It is advantageous to have experience, however this is not crucial.
-As a receptionist you have to be flexible with working hours, including mornings and evenings both midweek and weekends.
-Candidates have to be able to multi-task and work across different roles.
Pay is determined by experience.
Further experience can be acquired in other departments of the hotel.
The Elizabeth House Hotel is expanding and we are looking for competent bodies to join our team.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: £9.00-£10.50 per hour
