An opportunity to join a small dedicated team at the exclusive Bodysgallen Hall Hotel and Spa owned by the National Trust. A Historic Country House set in 200 acres of parkland, overlooking Conwy Castle, Llandudno and the mountains of Bryn Pydew.

What the job entails
Day to day administrative duties to include
Taking and confirming of room reservations together with luncheon, afternoon tea and dinner bookings.
Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions, providing guests’ information and directions regarding property and local areas of interest).
Checking guests both in and out of bedrooms, ensuring all guest needs and requirements are fulfilled during their stay.
Previous knowledge of Opera and ResDiary is preferable but full training will be available. Hotel experience is preferred but not essential.
Hours of work are 40+ will be between 7.30am -3pm or 3pm-11pm, work will based on a shift rota to include weekends.
