- The ability to work well within a team environment.
- Support the delivery of business objectives for the department.
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
- Ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with in a proactive manner and converted to confirmed bookings.
- Ensure no shows and cancellation charges are dealt with daily.
- Ensure all departments are informed of any guest’s special requirements.
- Develop guest relations.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondence is dealt with correctly and efficiently.
- To be proactive in self-development.
- To promote the image of Armathwaite Hall Hotel and Spa as a professional organisation.
- Comply with all Company Policies and legal requirements with special reference to Health and Safety.
