Cotswolds Hotel and Spa boasts a beautiful golf course, 114 hotel bedrooms, wedding venue and various function rooms. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to assist in managing our magnificent Hotel.
As Hotel Operations Manager, you will be required to assist in managing all aspects of the Hotel, driving the business and revenue whilst developing a strong and successful team. Your objective will be to ensure excellent guest-satisfaction by approaching all tasks with a “hands-on” approach.
The successful candidate must have experience in hotel and food and Beverage management. Considerable experience of managing conference and banqueting is desirable. Experience or golf knowledge would also be an advantage.
