The Welcombe Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa is a country house Hotel on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon. We have 78 bedrooms and 7 apartments, a Spa with a swimming pool, Gym and an 18-hole championship golf course. Set in 360 acres acres of Park Land which makes for a beautiful place to work!
We are excited too as we get ready for our Multimillion-pound Refurbishment of our Hotel and Spa , seeing us become the Premiere Hotel in Stratford!
This is a 32 hour a week role, working 4 nights over 7 days.
The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sunset to sunrise. This is a hands on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.
Your role as Night Porter will involve taking responsibility for;
1. Food & Beverage Department of the hotel during the night.
2. Welcoming our guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner.
3. Ensuring that the public areas are kept immaculate - you will be cleaning public areas and preparing meeting and event spaces ready for the next day.
4. Assisting guests with their luggage.
5. Dealing with any enquires and carrying out walk rounds of the hotel to ensure the safety of our guests.
The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator you will have experience of working in a similar role and experience of working nights.
