A two star hotel Near Birmingham Airport and NEC has an impressive vacancies for the following position:
Hotel Manager (Visa sponsorship available to deserving candidate if required)
Duties:
·Perform night audit on the hotel reservation system.
·To communicate with all departments, colleagues and managers to ensure guest expectations are met.
·To handle guest reservations & bookings to the correct standard.
·To handle all external & internal calls, ensuring that the guest requests are met.
·To deal with guest complaints professionally.
·To attend health and Safety and other training as required.
·To ensure effective nightly communication with Reception.
·To maintain levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests.
·To be aware of the correct check in/out procedure and assist when required.
·To prepare for breakfast in line with the Standard Operational Procedures and ensure it is served on time.
-House Keeping- keeping all rooms clean and making them comfortable
·To ensure the hotel, its stocks and its guests are secure and carry out security checks at regular intervals throughout the night.
·To carry out night cleaning schedules as requested by the Night Manager ensuring that there is a high standard of cleanliness for the start of the next day.
·To carry out other duties when required, including reception duties, serving on the bar and late night residents and supporting function teams to ensure rooms are set up and ready for the day.
·Floor walks – ensure the safety and security of the hotel at night by carrying out floor walks.
·To ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to, to uphold the conditions of the liquor licenses.
·To undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the company including flexibility in hours, location and responsibilities.
·To accept responsibility for the hotel when scheduled to do so as a Duty Manager.
·Be willing to help other departments of the hotel wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough, to deliver the best possible service.
·To ensure that all statutory regulations are observed and that the department comply with these requirements.
Visa Sponsorship: Please note that we will provide the sponsorship only to those deserving candidate who are already in the United Kingdom and have very good previous experience in similiar position previouly in hospitality industry.

Salary: £6.70-£12.52 per hour
