If so then you could be one of our next Principal Hotel Managers operating within Central London.


What’s it all about?


As a Hotel Manager you will ensure that our customers and colleagues are kept safe at all times whilst making sure that our customers have such a great stay that they want to return. As a people leader you will motivate and engage your team and support their career development whilst operating your hotel in a way that promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.


The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to review customer feedback and insights reports and create action plans that will improve the customer experience. When problems do occur, you don’t shy away from taking ownership to resolve them and empower your team to do the same.


You will be responsible for managing all costs within budget with a particular focus on payroll, laundry and key operational costs whilst maximising food and beverage sales by cross and up selling.

Who will this appeal to?


You are a strong leader who is passionate about customer service, ideally gained within a hospitality or leisure industry. Having managed large teams, you are engaging, and developing people to deliver results should come naturally to you. You will need strong business acumen and be able to balance multiple business priorities effectively whilst being dedicated, organised and results focussed to succeed in this role.
