Job description
Within walking distance of mainline station, in Berkhamsted, this lovely 70 plus place Nursery part of a small group are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join the management team supporting their lovely baby unit. Great salary c£26,500 dep on experience and fantastic benefits offered, and there is parking nearby too.
Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
