Brightsparks in Selsdon are currently recruiting a Baby Room Leader Level 3 practitioner for our nursery in CR2 8PR. The candidate must have baby room experience and training.
We have a newly refurbished baby room, with a dedicated sleep area designed for up to only 6 children daily aged 6 months to 15 months old.
Established for over 20 years, Brightsparks Day Nurseries are a small chain of family run day nurseries based in the Croydon area. We run well organised, well resourced nurseries with a management team that actually care and support the team. Excellent Ofsted reports since 1999.

- Brightsparks Day Nurseries are a small family run chain operating 4 day nurseries in the Croydon area. Since 1999, we have only ever received "Good" or "Outstanding" from Ofsted for all our settings.
- My management team have been working together with myself as director, for between 16 to 21 years providing consistent leadership and guidance for our nurseries making them highly successful.
- We have beautifully decorated rooms full of Community Play furniture and every week we support staff with their planning by giving them topic boxes full of resources.
- No head office popping in once in a blue moon, I am the director and I personally oversee the running of the nurseries and get to know my staff team. You'll be a big fish in a small pond, with the chance to shine and grow.
- We are very supportive about our staff doing further training and offer free Level 3 training.
- We pay our nursery nurses competitive salaries, as well as monthly bonuses.
- Hours could be 4 to 5 full days so 36 to 45 hours a week. Our typical shift is 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 6.00pm.
