What you’ll be doing!
We are looking for a Nights Guest Service Assistant to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Manchester. We have full and part time options available.
Looking after the hotel throughout the night you will ensure our guests sleep soundly knowing they are in safe hands. You will bring a great personality and a passion for delivering customer service as you serve guests that last drink before bed or clean down the hotel from the busy day as well as prepare breakfast ready for the next day.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering great Guest Service including late night/early arrivals.
- Capturing additional revenue through walk in/ telephone reservations ensuring maximum occupancy for the hotel
- Completing all housekeeping requests are responded to in a timely manner; Inc. public areas & conference.
- Finalising all payments due and balancing the days finances.
- Guaranteeing our metrics are achieved by working with the company standards.
- Preparing and cooking Breakfast for our guests in line with the Food Safety Act 1990
- Work in line with the premises licence to serve guests beverages in our Great Room Bar.
- Completing the successful running of the Night Audit.
- Plan and prepare a detailed hand over for the new day ahead.
- Ensuring the comfort, safety & security of all our guests. Including hourly floor walks.

Salary: £11.10 per hour
