Job Title: Experienced Cleaner for Serviced Apartments

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner to maintain our serviced apartment property located in the same building. The role involves providing Airbnb-style cleaning services with a keen eye for detail. The hourly rate is £11.50. We are looking for a candidate who is punctual, efficient, and able to work quickly and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a thorough cleaning of the serviced apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas
• Ensure all areas are spotless, with attention to detail in every aspect of cleaning
• Change linens, towels, and replenish supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in professional cleaning, preferably in a similar setting
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality cleaning results
• Time management skills to work efficiently and complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Good communication skills
