Key Responsibilities:
- Chauffeur Services: Safely and efficiently transport hotel guests to and from various destinations in a luxury vehicle, such as airports, train stations, business meetings, and other requested locations, while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
- Guest Assistance: Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, assist with luggage handling, and ensure their comfort throughout the journey, offering exemplary customer service at all times.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect the assigned vehicle for cleanliness, proper maintenance, and fuel levels, reporting any issues to the appropriate department. Keep the vehicle in immaculate condition, both inside and out.
- Knowledge and Navigation: Possess a thorough understanding of local routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes to ensure efficient transportation. Stay updated with local events, attractions, and road closures to provide accurate information and suggestions to guests.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the hotel staff, including the Concierge, Front Desk, and other relevant departments, to coordinate guest pick-ups, drop-offs, and any special transportation requirements.
- Guest Relations: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with guests, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor. Offer assistance and engage in polite conversation, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
- Confidentiality: Respect guest privacy and maintain the confidentiality of personal information at all times.
Minimum requirements:
Valid driver's license (held for minimum 3 years) with a clean driving record. (minimum age 25, due to insurance)
Proven experience as a professional chauffeur, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end transportation service.
Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and alternative routes.
Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized experiences.
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the hotel's operational needs
