Job description
We are looking for a Hotel Assistant ( Guest Service Assistant) to join our busy Holiday Inn Express hotel in the Leeds Docks on a part-time basis, working 32 hours per week for a salary of £10.50 per hour plus benefits.
You'd officially be known as a Guest Service Assistant and you would be trained to be a multi-skilled member of the team - checking-in guests at Reception, serving dinner or drinks at the bar, assisting meeting room delegates, or helping with our breakfast service.
About you:
- You'll need to be outgoing, confident, and a great communicator.
- You need to enjoy multi-tasking as no shift might look the same.
- Experience in hospitality is welcomed but not essential.
- The most important thing for us is an outgoing personality, a can-do attitude and flexibility around shifts to support us when we are busy - we can teach you the rest.
