Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the hotel.
Provide exceptional guest service, our check-in process is automated but assisting guests when needed and addressing customer inquiries and concern on site and via email
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure quality standards
Assist in staff supervision, training, and scheduling to maintain a motivated and well-functioning team.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally mainly via email
Requirements:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferably but full training given to the right candidate
Organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and can do attitude
