Hotel Assistant (Casual contract) Sheffield, England
Job description
We are looking for a Hotel Team Member to join ibis Sheffield City on a casual, zero hours basis with a salary of £10.50 per hour. Officially known as a Guest Service Assistant, you will be multi-skilled, working at Reception, in our bar and restaurant, and potentially in the kitchen so you'll need to be great at customer service, love meeting new people and happy to turn your hand to different tasks.
We're looking for someone with a year or more's experience in a similar role and you'll need to be confident with a computer, happy to be on your feet, and flexible around shift availability. Our main requirements are that you're are outgoing, reliable and a great believer in delivering excellent customer service for our guests. As this is a casual contract, you will be helping our team to cover busy periods, staff holidays and sickness, so shifts will vary and can include early and late shifts, midweek and weekend.
We're looking for someone to make an immediate start if possible.
