Job description
Rosso is looking for outgoing and enthusiastic hosts to join our wonderful team! Both part-time and full-time positions available. As the face of the business, we are looking for someone approachable yet professional. You will need to comfortable and confident when dealing with customers to ensure that the experience of guests is high priority.
Previous experience is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.
Must be available on weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming guests
- Answering phone calls, emails, taking reservations and answering queries
- Providing great customer service
- Communicate all booking requirements to guests
- Adhere to all company terms and policies when taking bookings
