THE ROLE

Be naturally welcoming and engaging, and comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
Greet guests and create an exceptional and memorable experience
Anticipate guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience
ABOUT YOU
- Ideally you would have previous hospitality experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
- Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
- Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
- An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
- An eye for detail and be immaculately presented
