We have two vacancies for Hospitality Supervisors!

About the role:

The successful candidates will supervise and work as part of a team to ensure that the customer experience is optimised and high standards are maintained.

Duties include:

  • Training team members
  • Rota management
  • Adhering to financial regulations and health and safety/food hygiene standards
  • Full role details are included in the job description.

We have two roles available:

  • Full-time (36.5 hours) 5 days a week
  • Part-time (20.5 hours) 3 days a week

These roles are permanent and involve morning, evening and weekend working.

About you:

  • Experience supervising team members
  • Excellent standards of customer service
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, and licensing laws
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Able to remain calm under pressure, as it can be extremely busy
