Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 DOE

The role:
Reporting to the SVP Services, this role is responsible for driving our Hospitality Professional Services business. If you love innovating and building industry-leading strategies and solutions, you will fit right in.
You will be a key part of defining new consulting offerings and delivering them to the market, securing new business and building talent around you, to deliver excellence to our customers. Your role will require you to build and lead high-performing teams and work directly with our customers to help them solve their complex business, commercial, technical and customer experience challenges.
You will be expected to drive our new offerings and achieve great results, both in terms of commercial performance and customer satisfaction. Alliants wants to be the Consulting partner of choice for luxury hospitality brands, and this role requires someone who has the boldness, ambition and commercial acumen to help us achieve that.
We expect our Hospitality Consultants to be hands-on and very much part of the team. From writing proposals, facilitating workshops to elicit and document customer problem statements, delivering objective reviews and recommendations against their ambitions, and utilising our internal Project Management Tools, our Consultants are truly cross-skills and experienced.
Our Hospitality Consultants are responsible for:
- Growing the business
- Maturing our sales process: moving from transactional selling to solution selling and building long-term, trust-based relationships with our customers.
- Driving new business sales both in your speciality area and the wider Alliants offerings.
- Qualifying and closing new opportunities with hospitality customers across customer experience, technology delivery, data and analytics, revenue and commercial and service optimisation service offerings.
- Collaborating across internal teams to ensure our proposed solutions are scoped and estimated appropriately.
- Ensuring commerciality in all of our engagements.
- Delivery Value to our Customers
- Working with our customers to help uncover their challenges and ideate solutions.
- Developing requirements from customer problem statements and high-level solutions.
- Delivering high-quality delivery results to our customers within some of their most complex business and technology initiatives.
- Leading the delivery of your engagements and coordinating with appropriate stakeholders across global hotel teams, operations and commercial functions.
- Act as the liaison between Alliants and our customers, ensuring outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction across your portfolio.
- Being a thought leader
- Bring live experience from the hospitality sector into our customer and internal discussions to ensure that our solutions (whether people, process or technology) are rooted in the reality of the industry and pragmatic in their ambition.
- Building awareness of Alliants to the market.
- Be a thought leader in hospitality industry challenges, trends and solutions.
Important to have:
- Experience in operational management within a hotel/hospitality brand or hospitality services business
- Strong management consulting skills including Executive Leadership facilitation, customer interviews and focus groups, problem statement and hypothesis definition, leading end-to-end sales cycle.
- Good understanding of hotel systems and infrastructure.
- Good understanding of hotel commercial constructs and governance.
- Senior-level stakeholder management and excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to chair, facilitate and lead meetings, workshops to achieve objectives.
- Must have good written and spoken English and the ability to translate complex business challenges into simple choice points and solutions to move forwards.
- Proven delivery of business change solutions to time, budget, and quality.
- Strategic vendor partnership skills to allow Alliants to deliver customer solutions / go to market with partners.
