As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our meeting rooms, fine dining events, and catering services. Your exceptional customer service and attention to detail will contribute to the overall experience and satisfaction of our clients.
- Set up meeting rooms and fine dining areas according to specified standards and requirements.
- Deliver a high level of customer service by providing professional and prompt service to our clients and guests.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including teas, coffees, and refreshments, ensuring timely delivery and replenishment.
- Assist with the catering needs of meetings, conferences, and special events, including the preparation and presentation of sandwiches, snacks, and other food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, dining areas, and service stations.
- Handle client requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless execution of events and maintain a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional and polished appearance, with a proactive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
