We have full time and part time positions available, most of which are 8 hour shifts. We can work with your schedule if your looking for five days a week or 2 to 3 days a week. What's Your Role?In this key role you will be performing on the front line of guest service and have the first and last interaction with our patients and visitor at a world class hospital. You will be joining a team that takes pride in delivering the unique guest service experience that we strive to provide upon our guests immediate arrival and departure. For the positions we're hiring for, you will be responsible to assist all guests and make their visit a positive one. In this position, you will receive cash from guests for parking services and be responsible for the proper and efficient operation of your shift within Company policy, in such a manner as to ensure that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of our client and an overall positive parking experience. We are seeking the right person to join our team working graveyard shifts and rotating into other shifts as needed. 1) Give all guests prompt and courteous service and use your knowledge to answer all questions and offer assistance. 2) Promote and support Company image standards 3) Efficiently process payment transactions accurately and promptly to prevent wait times and backups and to ensure that all transactions reconcile at the end of each shift. 4) Prepares a shift report at the completion of the shift in accordance with Company guidelines. 12) Operate automated cash register by ringing all transactions into the proper code on the cash register, per Company policy 13) Properly clean and maintain equipment in the booth and all other parking equipment in the general area 14) Maintain a professional and clean work environment at all times 15) Presents a neat, clean appearance in uniform as prescribed by Company 16) Perform specific tasks as assigned by the Manager 17) Follow the work schedule as posted, unless a change in schedule is arranged with the Manager 18) Work in a Safe manner at all times and report all accidents immediately 19) Properly post all working hours by punching in and out on the automated time-keeping system. Requirements1) Must Pass Drug Test 2)A true desire and ability to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. 3) Refined verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with others. 4) Ability to tolerate long periods of standing. 5) Must be able to be exposed to and work in all weather conditions. 7) Must be able to work a flexible schedule including graveyard shifts. 8) Compute basic arithmetic. 10) Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid California driver's license without felony driving convictions and no more than two points violation on your driving record in the past 36 months.
