Hospital Porter - Bank
Location: Glendon Wood Hospital and Woodland Kettering
Pay rate: £10.45 per hour
The Role:
The Ramsay Woodland Hospital is a purpose built 39 bed hospital with an excellent reputation for the highest standards of care. We offer a wide range of surgical procedures together with extensive diagnostic and treatment facilities.
We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, person with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our Porter team on the Bank. You will have ideally worked in a similar Portering position, however experience is not essential and full training will be given.
A Porter provides a valuable role within the Hospital, assisting the clinical teams with all aspects of providing a clean, safe and efficient environment for patients and staff alike.

The role can be physically demanding and involves working with Waste removal, Medical gas bottle changing, Handling deliveries, Movement of patient trolleys and beds, taking in Laundry deliveries and plenty of other varied manual handling duties for which full training will be provided.
