We are looking to recruit to x2 Home Ownership Income Officers.
As a Home Ownership Income Officer, you will be delivering the highest level of service to residents while providing a high-quality Income service.
This will include maximising service charge and other income from leaseholders, freeholders, and shared owners, whilst giving appropriate advice and guidance to residents in respect of rent, service charges, and other charges/debts in line with the relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, Housing Benefit, other welfare benefits and financial management advice to residents.
