As the Receptionist/Scheduler, your primary role is answering phones and to coordinate client/caregiver schedules while providing a high standard of customer service.
Job Type: Full time position-9:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $23.00 per hour DOE
Education and Experience
High School Diploma required
1+ years of prior scheduling experience
Knowledge of home care industry; huge plus
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Proven knowledge of MS Office products

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Answering phones
Build and monitor schedules; ensuring that they always meet client authorizations
Build and maintain client files
Establish and maintain relationships with caregivers and clients, providing a positive experience
Following up with clients and their families
Identify and resolve client issues
Promptly filling shifts due to caregiver call-outs, vacations, etc.
Create, maintain and update processes as needed
Explain company policies when necessary
Participate in night and weekend on-call rotation
Perform other duties as assigned
Partnering with field supervisors to anticipate needs and set expectations for future openings
Educating prospects on opportunities using persuasive sales ability and rapport
